Vicente Ríos has more than 18 years of experience in the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Industry. His areas of expertise include: industrial, office and commercial brokerage, asset acquisition and disposition, client representation, investment analysis, consulting, market analysis and site selection.
In 1991 Mr. Ríos served as a property manager of an industrial portfolio consisting of more than 6 buildings and over 400,000 square feet. He has successfully represented tenants in finding, negotiating and obtaining the most flexible lease agreements with the best possible terms for his clients. In 1997, he joined Omni Puerto Rico Corporation as an Office and Industrial Specialist, further increasing his knowledge of Puerto Rico’s Commercial Real Estate Market.
Vicente Ríos earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Entrepreneur Studies from Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
